Onboard Credit is in USD, is neither refundable nor transferable, and has no cash value.
Onboard Credit expires at the end of the eligible cruise and is for use in the Spa or Gift Shops, for specialty restaurants, shore excursions, specialty coffee and alcoholic beverages, onboard photos and more.
Onboard Credit may not be used in the casino, for Crew Appreciation, or on any other specified fees or items (Based on double occupancy).

Cancellations through 91 days before travel: Deposit is non-refundable
75-61 days prior to travel: 50% refund of gross fare;
60-31 days prior to travel: 75% refund of gross fare;
30 days or less prior to: No refund available.

Eligible Bookings Meet The Following Criteria:
For cruise bookings made by September 30, 2022
Cruise embarking through December 31, 2022
Booking canceled no less than 30 days prior to the embarkation date. Or within 30 days of embarkation if you test positive for COVID-19.
Within 30 days and up until your embarkation date, you may still receive a Future Cruise Credit if you, or someone in your immediate travel party, tests positive for COVID-19.
You will receive an email notification when your Future Cruise Credit is applied to your Mariner number.

Proof of citizenship: Proof of citizenship is the guest's responsibility. Valid US Passports are recommended. Some sailings require a Passport. Please ask your Cruise Specialist for details.
US Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the flight return date. All Names must match EXACTLY as it appears on US Passports including middle names if listed,
and penalties will apply for any name changes after booking, penalties may be for both the cruise and airline name fees and the guest is responsible for any name change fees.
